WOMEN OF THE ELCA REPORT- 2025

WELCA is made up of all  women who are members of Our Redeemer’s Lutheran Church. Each member has been assigned to a service group.

Five regular meetings this year. Three early morning meetings before our regular Church Service and 2 luncheon meetings.

Quilting began in January. Many quilts were made, blessed, sold, and donated. Quilts are sold for $50.00.

Supplies for school kits for Lutheran World Relief were collected, 31 school kits were assembled this year.

Provide bars and serve lunch for funerals.

Provide a Senior Reception for our graduating Seniors and present each senior with a quilt.

Provide pies to Badlands Ministries for their fall event, and also serve Birthday Party at St.Luke’s Nursing Center.

Making Lefse, 3days of peeling, boiling, ricing, mixing, and rolling, grilling, packaging, cleaning up and selling.
